SAVE A DOG
Pardis Animal Shelter
Pardis is an animal shelter in the north west of Iran, near the city of Tabriz. At Pardis, we host close to 1000 dogs.
Pardis was established in 2012 to shelter the dogs and cats who were being killed by the cities and towns around the East Azarbaijan province of Iran. Since the establishment of the shelter, we have worked hard to convince the cities to stop killing the animals and instead catch them live and deliver them to us. In 2014 we made a huge victory by convincing the city of Tabriz and many other cities in the province to officially stop killing dogs. This was a great victory for the animal lovers of East Azarbaijan and around the world.
Pardis along with many other shelters and animal-rights groups all over Iran have been actively working with the local governments to stop killing animals and provide a basic life to them.
The Best Friends
Dogs have been the most loyal friends of the human. Teach your kids to be compassionate with animals. Take them to Pardis animal shelter and let them learn more about the life of our dogs.
Go Cruelty Free
Do not buy any clothes or merchandise made with animal products. Leather, fur, down feathers, and animal skin in any product means cruelty to animals. Please read our Cruelty Free page.
We immediately need volunteers to establish an organized adoption team. If you would like to volunteer for the adoption program, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org
Give love to dogs by volunteering to caress them
Dogs need love. By volunteering to visit them at Pardis shelter, caress, and walk them, you give love to these animals who desparately need compassionate hands. Visit the volunteer page.
Spay/Neuter Dogs and Cats!
Neutering a dog costs over $150. By donating to this cause, you help control overpopulation while we can make sure all the animals in the shelter continue to have a healthy life.
